Sarah completed her master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Regent University. She has experience working alongside homeless ministries, caring for disabled adults and children, and working with survivors of domestic violence. The issues Sarah specializes in include PTSD, Anxiety, Depression, Emotion Regulation Difficulties, Developmental issues, stage of life transitions, and other trauma related disorders. Sarah includes various types of therapy into her work including CBT, Solution Focused, Systems work, and trauma-informed therapy. Additionally, she is trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). Although she works with all ages, Sarah particularly enjoys play and art integration with children and working with teens. Sarah is passionate about bringing healing to broken places and walking with clients through hard parts of their lives into happier and healthier lifestyles. She also enjoys working with spiritual integration for clients who want a more positive Christ-centered relationship.
